The Team at Elements Post Production combines a wealth of knowledge from over two decades of industry experience to deliver exceptional quality and service. The founding team William Gammon, Billy Wychgel and Gabrielle Joosten each bring their personal expertise, passion and dedication with unparalleled attention to detail to every project. Attracting clients from far and wide, Elements Post Production and partner company Cumulus VFX have collaborated on multiple projects in Australia and abroad, creating a post production dream team and a leading service provider of choice.

William Gammon

Will has gained the respect and trust of many Australian and international clients. He is passionate about ensuring the highest quality whilst fulfilling the creative vision of each project. His solutions focussed attitude, has overcome many crucial challenges of the Visual Effects industry leading to building unique offerings and presenting a diverse range of services, including proprietary software tool ‘Syclone’, and company's Cumulus VFX and Elements Post Production.

Having started his career in 2001, Will worked for Australia’s ‘Rising Sun Pictures’, where he established his skills as a Compositor for 9 years. Over those years he worked on many Hollywood films such as multiple ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Lord of the Rings’ films.

In 2010, Will transitioned to Animal Logic to sequence lead on ‘Legend of the Guardians’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt2’. During his time in Sydney he engaged with various studios including Fuel VFX and Dr. D on ‘Happy Feet 2’ to solve high complexity compositing and stereoscopic challenges on key sequences to roll out to the compositing team.

Ten years on since Will set up Cumulus VFX in his garage, and his strategic leadership and industry knowledge, underpinned by high standards for both post production and visual effects has ensured a unique offering, for both clients and staff.

Billy Wychgel

Billy holds a formidable reputation in the industry and an impressive portfolio which includes Oscar-winning spectacles in particular; Lord of The Rings, as well as independent favourites such as The Daughter, Hounds of Love and Baby Teeth; rich and diverse feature documentaries which transport to another place and time including; Sherpa, Mountain, and 2040; to an array of high-end Commercials, Music Clips and Art Projects.

With 25 years of experience, commencing in Europe, Billy acquired skills in traditional film making methods. Over the years he has cultivated his innate technical sensibilities and unique understanding of the use of colour. Establishing himself at the forefront of new colour developments, producing breathtaking results every time.

Billy has collaborated with top cinematographers and directors from all over the world to create the most beautiful visual imagery. His passion spans all creative genres from feature films, documentaries, TV series, commercials and art projects that can be found in the National Galleries. His diversity and exceptional skills makes him a highly desirable talent sought after across the shores here in Australia and abroad.

Gabrielle Joosten

Gabrielle holds over two decades of industry experience. Her passion is found in her leadership skills and ability to nurture creative companies into successful businesses. The combination of her love of the industry and her aptitude for building strong creative teams of VFX and post artists, directors and producers has led to the growth of both Cumulus VFX and Elements Post Production respectively, attracting work from Australia and across the globe.

Beginning her career in 1996 in The Netherlands, Amsterdam working in ad-land for Y&R she soon discovered her passion for moving images and naturally transition into VFX & post production. Gabrielle went on to spend time in Paris managing a boutique VFX & post production company producing high-end commercials and music videos, before her interest in animation and VFX brought her to Sydney, Australia.

Here she worked on the production team of animated features such as ‘Legend of the Guardians’ and ‘Happy Feet 2’ as well as playing a crucial role in the production of 'Blinky Bill the Movie'. She has been involved in the production of many TV series including Bottersnikes & Gumbles and Kazoops, and over the years produced an array of innovative visual content.

Gabrielle's drive to produce exceptional content and surpass creative boundaries means she has left her mark on many projects across the industry.

Gabrielle Joosten

Gabrielle holds over two decades of experience in The Netherlands, Paris and Australia. Her passion for producing exceptional content, surpassing creative boundaries has left her mark on overseeing commercials for brands such as; Nike and Adidas and multiple feature films, documentaries, TV Series, high-end TV commercials, and innovative visual content.

She has successfully grown both companies - Elements Post Production and Cumulus VFX, attracting work from Australia and abroad. Having started her career in 1996 in The Netherlands, Amsterdam she worked ad-land working for Y&R where her passion for moving images soon transitioned her into VFX & post production.
